Boards and Barrels Bistro Set to Replace Swiss Chalet in Woodland Park

Woodland Park is about to welcome a new culinary gem as the former Swiss Chalet transforms into Boards and Barrels Bistro. Carrie and David Platzer, the new owners, have plans to remodel the interior before the grand opening.

The bistro, not just offering "barrels" of beer, is said to feature a diverse menu including charcuterie boards.

Swiss Chalet, once a beloved community hub under the late Neil Levy's ownership, has now changed hands. Levy's passing in August 2020 led to the family selling the establishment. The Platzers, with previous experience managing five restaurants in Colorado Springs and Monument, are set to breathe new life into this cherished space.

Anticipated to close before the end of January, this transformation signals an exciting chapter for culinary enthusiasts and locals alike. Stay tuned for the grand reveal of Boards and Barrels Bistro in Woodland Park! Boards and Barrels Bistro Set to Replace Swiss Chalet in Woodland Park.
