Get ready for one of the most festive evenings of the year! The Lights Above the Clouds Parade will bring Woodland Park to life on Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. This annual tradition is a heartwarming celebration of community, holiday spirit, and local pride.
Experience the Magic
The parade begins at Taco Bell and marches down Highway 24, ending at Tweeds Fine Furnishings. Along the route, enjoy cozy "warm your bum" fires, which offer a perfect spot to sip hot chocolate while taking in the dazzling floats and light displays.
Post-Parade Festivities
After the parade, the fun doesn’t stop! Head over to the Ute Pass Cultural Center for the awards ceremony, live music, delicious cookies, and warm beverages. For adults, the bar will be open, adding a special touch to the celebration.
Meet the Grand Marshals
This year, Jerry and Vickie Good, owners of Williams Log Cabin Furniture, will lead the parade as Grand Marshals. They’ll be escorted by Craig Harms, the director of the Woodland Park Wind Symphony, in his stunning 2013 650i black convertible.
